The Role Overview

This role plays a key part in supporting our customers and stakeholders in managing variations to existing lending in a timely manner. As a Customer Service Expert - Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for helping our Commercial Operations Origination team deliver high-quality results while ensuring compliance with risk management processes and regulatory requirements.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • You will consistently demonstrate well-developed personal and inter-personal communication skills, empathy, and ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effective stakeholder management and case coordination are essential in this role, requiring strong analytical, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • You will work closely with your team to identify risks and impacts, as well as possible solutions and corrective actions.
  • A strong understanding of customer needs, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex files are crucial for success in this position.

  • You have proven analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong case management and co-ordination skills, prioritization, and ability to work under pressure are essential.
