We are looking for a skilled Customer Onboarding Expert who can join our team in Melbourne. In this role, you will be responsible for managing post-sales processes for customers, utilizing strong product knowledge, relationship-building, and project management skills. You will act as a trusted advisor for new and existing customers, guiding them through the implementation and adoption of our full Xplor product suite.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Account Executives (Sales) during customer transitions
  • Ensuring smooth transitions from Onboarding to Support once services are live
  • Migrating data across from other systems during initial onboarding
  • Project managing customer schedules and onboarding timelines according to launch
  • Providing technical guidance to help customers use our system successfully
  • Providing customer training through the onboarding process and maintaining training documentation

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a hybrid and flexible working model, spending 2-3 days per week in our Melbourne CBD office and the rest working from home.
