Client Services Administrator

Careerlink People Solutions is collaborating with a prestigious accounting and advisory firm to recruit a Client Services Administrator to assist their Business Advisory division and Directors.

In this role, you will be part of a supportive team, delivering administrative assistance to various stakeholders throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure a superior client experience
  • Supporting team scheduling and workflow coordination, along with managing diaries
  • Generating reports related to work progress, business development prospects, and client assignments
  • Coordinating logistics for team activities, functions, and events
  • Assisting Directors and Managers with research and information collection for clients, while maintaining the client database
  • Preparing and distributing agendas, documents, and minutes for both internal and external meetings, including the creation of PowerPoint presentations
  • Handling mail, banking, account payments, scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks for client portfolios

Skills and Experience

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and sustain strong relationships while managing all client and team interactions professionally
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the capability to prioritize and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Quick and precise data entry abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Prior experience in providing administrative support within professional services or finance sectors is advantageous, though not mandatory
  • Preferred – familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or similar
