YOUR NEW ROLE
As a vital member of the dedicated New Client Engagement team, you will be the primary professional contact for all incoming clients via phone.
Your responsibilities will include conducting an initial 'fact-find' (asking pertinent questions), addressing their initial inquiries, making preliminary assessments, assigning the most suitable solicitors to assist them, and coordinating meetings between clients and solicitors.
Additionally, you may provide administrative support to legal professionals as needed.

WHO YOU ARE
We are eager to hear from you if you:

  • possess a minimum of 18 months of experience in a fast-paced, phone-based customer service role (e.g., call center, receptionist, client inquiries) across any industry;
  • are a genuine 'people' person with proven outstanding customer service skills, exhibiting patience and empathy;
  • demonstrate clear communication and a warm, friendly professional phone manner with high attention to detail;
  • thrive in a busy, high-volume, and fast-paced environment;
  • have strong proficiency in MICROSOFT OFFICE (Word, Excel, Outlook) and possess fast typing/data entry skills (minimum 55-60 wpm);
  • have a sincere interest in the legal industry and are eager to advance your career with a top-tier law firm.
