About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Investor Relations Coordinator to join our team at WiseTech Global. As a key member of our Investor Relations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our relationships with investors and enhancing our corporate events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investor Relations Management: Manage and coordinate Investor Relations channels of communication, ensuring timely and effective communication with investors and stakeholders.
  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate key corporate events, including the Annual General Meeting (AGM), Investor Days, conferences, and sales desk briefings.
  • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • CRM Management: Own and manage the CRM platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of investor interactions, discussions, and analytics.
  • Marketing Events: Deliver institutional investor marketing events, including the AGM, and other key corporate events.
