Investor Relations Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Investor Relations Coordinator to join our team at WiseTech Global. As a key member of our Investor Relations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our relationships with investors while enhancing your administrative skills and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the production of key corporate events, such as the AGM, Investor days, conference, sales desk briefing, and investor and analyst meetings.
- Manage and coordinate Investor Relations channels of communication.
- Partner with company Executive Assistants to align diaries and external meetings.
- Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Own the CRM platform, certifying investor interaction, discussions, and analytics.
- Deliver institutional investor marketing events, including the AGM.

We are looking for someone with demonstrable business acumen, who takes pride in their ability to make sound judgments while working independently in a supportive team environment. You should be known for your:
