Position Overview:
The Customer Experience Consultant plays a pivotal role in enhancing client satisfaction by proactively identifying challenges, cultivating strong relationships, and proposing solutions that benefit both Damco and our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring seamless management of the entire shipment process by coordinating with both clients and internal teams.
- Assess external factors affecting the client's supply chain, including urgency, service requirements, and expectations.
- Align with client needs from the outset and provide tailored solutions.
- Take full ownership of client satisfaction across all Damco service offerings.
- Promote and upsell Logistics and Services products to clients.
- Oversee vendor relations and shipment order consolidation planning, excluding physical cargo handling.
- Proactively monitor shipments and inform clients of any significant deviations from the planned transport, offering potential solutions or alternatives.
- Demonstrate a commitment to going above and beyond for clients, focusing on delivering effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the shipping, supply chain, or logistics industry is preferred.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and energetic.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Good understanding of processes and digital tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to perform under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
- Possess a cost-conscious and optimization-oriented mindset.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
