About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations Coordinator to join our team at WiseTech Global. As a key member of our Investor Relations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our relationships with investors while enhancing your administrative skills and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management and coordination of Investor Relations channels of communication
  • Partnering with company Executive Assistants, aligning diaries and external meetings
  • Facilitation of meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ownership of CRM platform, certifying investor interaction, discussions and analytics
  • Delivery of institutional investor marketing events, including the Annual General Meeting (AGM)

About You

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual with demonstrable business acumen. You will have:

  • Black-belt standard administrative capabilities
  • Exceptional client relationship skills
  • Eloquent and articulate communication skills
  • Efficient operation and high level of organization
  • Impeccable attention to detail
