About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Relations Ambassador to join our team at Richemont. As a key member of our Client Relations Centre, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle both inbound and outbound customer contact to provide a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Facilitate online and phone sales to meet set goals and objectives.
  • Carry out remote customer interactions to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Drive a client-centric approach to each client interaction to build strong relationships.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Proactively offer solutions and communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to the team leader and report findings on system improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail sales, customer service, or contact centre/e-commerce.
  • Customer service and sales-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin is a bonus).
  • Tech-savvy with experience in SAP CRM or Salesforce.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and have weekend and public holiday availability.
