Regional Business Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Business Development Specialist to join our Field Sales Team in the Campbelltown area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing sales through the distribution and product visibility of our top brand portfolio.
About the Role- Manage and grow sales through effective relationship-building with customers, ensuring mutual success and maximising sales.
- Achieve profit growth targets by maintaining best-in-class availability across our vast range of products.
- Develop and ensure compliance of promotional programs across our customers.
- Drive fridge utilisation and location management of fridges in store.
- You have previous sales experience and enjoy providing high levels of customer service.
- You are willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to engage with a range of stakeholders.
- You are open to trying new strategies and challenging current ways of thinking to maximise sales and develop new opportunities.
- You demonstrate high levels of teamwork and resilience to overcome sales challenges and achieve targets.
