Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned capture management professional to lead our Engineering Services team in Australia.

The successful candidate will be accountable for developing and executing a capture strategy, building relationships with senior management, and delivering order intake and pipeline growth.

The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to influence customer requirements, and experience working in Defence and Secure Government environments.

  • Develop and execute a capture strategy to secure a leading role in the follow-on MSP contract.
  • Build and maintain relationships at a senior management level with customers and partners.
  • Demonstrate timely and successful delivery through strong leadership of a direct and virtual team.
  • Influence customer requirements, procurement strategies, and acquisition approaches to align with company capabilities and strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hands-on execution of major captures, solid experience working in Defence and Secure Government environments, and an established network with the Defence and Secure Government markets.
