At Northrop Grumman, our employees have incredible opportunities to work on revolutionary systems that impact people's lives around the world today, and for generations to come. Our pioneering and inventive spirit has enabled us to be at the forefront of many technological advancements in our nation's history - from the first flight across the Atlantic Ocean, to stealth bombers, to landing on the moon. We look for people who have bold new ideas, courage and a pioneering spirit to join forces to invent the future, and have fun along the way. Our culture thrives on intellectual curiosity, cognitive diversity and bringing your whole self to work — and we have an insatiable drive to do what others think is impossible. Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.
We're building something special here in Australia. Committed to safeguarding our country's future by solving the toughest problems in Aeronautics, Space, and Mission Systems, we're investing in our business, growing our capabilities, and nurturing a great reputation as the place to be in the Defence Industry. 'Defining Possible' is our mantra and we're committed to making sure that's as relevant for our people as it is for our customers.
Our new **Capture Manager** will play a key role in executing Northrop Grumman Australia's strategic vision by leading capture teams for priority pursuits in Defence and Space. Leveraging Northrop Grumman's incredible depth and breadth of capability, this rare opportunity will be central to the growth of our business.

Comfortable leading multi-disciplinary teams, you'll need to be a highly effective communicator, able to inform, present, negotiate, and problem solve with a wide range of stakeholders, including leadership.
Proven understanding of Australian Defence/Government Agency acquisition processes combined with an appreciation of capability solution elements (eg scope, cost, and schedule) to offer a competitive tender or proposal solution would also be ideal.
Relevant tertiary qualifications are, of course, a must, we're also looking for a set of values that align with those of Northrop Grumman. We're a growing organisation, so a commitment to continuous improvement and the desire to assist business transformation will be key.
Here at Northrop Grumman Australia you can shape your career in your way with highly challenging work, great colleagues and career development, plus a range of market leading flexible benefits and working patterns.
