Lead Engineer for Engineering Services

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Engineering Services team in Australia. The successful candidate will be accountable for developing and implementing a capture strategy, building relationships with senior management, and influencing customer requirements to align with company capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hands-on execution of major captures, experience working in Defence and Secure Government environments, and a strong network within the Defence and Secure Government markets.
