**The Role**

As a Capture Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying, pursuing, and winning key defence contracts and projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and assessing potential opportunities within the defence industy
- Developing and executing capture strategies to win contracts and projects.
- Leading cross-functional teams to achieve proposal and capture goals.
- Analysing the competitive landscape and developing strategies to position KBR as a top choice for defence contracts.
- Overseeing the development and submission of high-quality proposals in accordance with customer requirements.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with government agencies, prime contractors, and key industry partners.
- Managing and optimising capture budgets to ensure cost-effective efforts.
- Setting and monitoring performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Proven experience and success delivering complex and technical bids:

- developing an in-depth understanding of customer requirements
- formulation of solutions
- win strategies
- pricing
- teaming
- competitor analysis
- storyboards
- assembling a team of experts to deliver compliant, complete and compelling proposals
- In-depth knowledge of defence industry trends and key players
- Valid AGSVA NV1 security clearance
