We deliver Engineering Services to Australia through Managed Service Provider (MSP) and to the UK through Enterprise Delivery Partnership (EDP).

The successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team responsible for securing a leading role in the follow-on MSP. They will develop and approve the capture strategy, define win strategies, value propositions, and partnership models that maximise competitive advantage and align with customer mission outcomes.

The ideal candidate has hands-on execution experience of major captures in a competitive terrain, preferably with formal training in recognised best practice. They also have solid experience working in Defence and Secure Government environments, focusing on Defence and Aerospace markets.

The successful candidate works alongside other senior professionals, influencing customer requirements, procurement strategies, and acquisition approaches to align with company capabilities and strategic objectives.
