Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our capture efforts for engineering services in Australia. As the Capture Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive capture strategy that secures a leading role for us in this market.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering major captures in competitive environments, with experience working in Defence and Secure Government markets. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include developing and approving the capture strategy, building and maintaining relationships with senior management, and leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver the campaign objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hands-on execution of major captures in competitive terrain
  • Formal training in recognised best practice
  • Solid experience working in Defence and Secure Government environments
  • Established network with the Defence and Secure Government markets
  • Strong collaboration ethos with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to lead teams of senior professionals
  • Deep customer domain knowledge and relationships
