About the Role

We are seeking three experienced HR Business Partners to join our team, supporting distinct clusters within the University. Reporting to their respective Cluster Human Resources Director (HRD), they will act as trusted advisors, aligning HR strategies with divisional objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executing University-wide HR and Talent initiatives in Divisions, translating them to the local environment
  • Interpreting, explaining, and ensuring compliance with the University's HR policies and procedures
  • Advising Division leadership on people matters and working with them to determine development and training opportunities

About You

We're looking for three experienced HR Business Partners with exceptional stakeholder management skills. You'll excel at building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions, and advising on HR policies.

What We Offer

In addition to a competitive salary of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, we offer a range of benefits including generous leave provisions, salary packaging, health and well-being services, and discounts on graduate courses.
