The Opportunity

We seek an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our Human Resources Team, supporting the Property Services and Facility Management business units during a period of growth. As the primary point of contact for HR needs, you will provide expert guidance on policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions, enhancing team performance and engagement.
  • Manage employee and industrial relations matters, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring seamless onboarding of new talent.
  • Drive performance management, facilitating feedback and growth-focused development.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives to build a positive workplace culture.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will be a true HR generalist with expertise in employee and industrial relations. Your strong communication skills and proactive approach will enable you to manage relationships and drive service delivery. A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Relations, along with intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite skills, is essential.
