We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As the primary point of contact for HR needs, you will provide strategic support to our business units during an exciting period of growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, and performance management. You will also partner with leaders to deliver HR solutions that enhance team performance and engagement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing guidance on HR policies and best practices to managers and employees
  • Partnering with leaders to develop strategic HR solutions
  • Managing employee relations matters to ensure fair and compliant resolutions
  • Overseeing recruitment processes to support seamless onboarding of new talent
  • Driving performance management to facilitate feedback and growth-focused development

To thrive in this role, you will have a strong background in HR and experience in managing various facets of HR functions. You will possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as a proactive approach to relationship management.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Industrial Relations, or equivalent experience
  • Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement ability
  • Proactive approach to relationship management
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills

This is a permanent full-time opportunity offering a salary package of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus benefits including a generous vehicle allowance, flexibility to achieve work-life balance, and paid parental leave.
