Human Resources Consultant

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-level advice to the business on people-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advisory Services: Support the People Business Partnering team in delivering people solutions through a people plan aligned to the commercial and strategic requirements of the business.
- People Process and Systems: Provide high-level advice to the business on cyclical activity, people process, and systems, including performance management, capability development, remuneration, recognition, engagement, and recruitment.
- Insights and Interventions: Use data insights and knowledge to help form meaningful people interventions aligned to both the business strategy and people plan.
- Reporting and Analysis: Manage people dashboard reporting, providing meaningful insights and actions.
- People Initiatives: Lead, design, and implement key people initiatives in collaboration with People Business Partners aligned to the People Plan.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Law, or Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in an HR Advisory role, managing diverse stakeholders.
- Skills and Qualifications: Thorough understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations; excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; ability to handle confidential information with discretion; proficiency in HRIS and MS Office suite.
