Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our employees. As our Strategic Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for executing the implementation of people and culture strategies that align with our business strategy. You will also guide our leadership team in taking a supportive and consultative approach to leadership and build psychological safety in the workplace.

You will lead initiatives to develop an empowering workplace through effective performance management and feedback, coaching, and support. This will include managing employee performance and salary review processes, as well as partnering with leadership to implement strategies for employee engagement and retention. You will also provide timely and sound HR advice and guidance across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engaging, and managing staff, performance improvement, performance management, disciplinary processes, and formal complaints and grievances.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 5 years of HR experience in a corporate environment. You will also need to be degree qualified and have excellent communication skills, especially in person. Additionally, you will need to be motivated to stay up-to-date with the latest legal requirements and industry trends.
