Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our HR Team in Melbourne. As the first point of contact for HR needs, you will support our Property Services and Facility Management business units during an exciting period of growth.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing expert HR support to both office and site-based teams across Melbourne locations. You will contribute to national operations by partnering with leaders, coaching teams, and building strong relationships as a trusted advisor.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries, guiding managers and employees on HR policies and best practices.
- Partnering with leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions, enhancing team performance and engagement.
- Managing employee relations and industrial relations matters, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions.
- Overseeing recruitment processes, supporting seamless onboarding of new talent.
- Driving performance management, facilitating feedback and growth-focused development.
- Championing employee engagement initiatives to build a positive workplace culture.

To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
- Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive approach to relationship management.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience.
