About The Opportunity


We seek a proactive and enthusiastic Senior HR Advisor to join our Human Resources Team as the first point of contact for HR needs. This role will support our Property Services and Facility Management business units during an exciting period of growth.


In this permanent, full-time position, you will contribute to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusivity while driving organisational growth and enhancing the employee experience. As part of our national operations, you will support both office and site-based teams across Melbourne locations.


You will leverage your expertise in employee and industrial relations (ER & IR) to make a meaningful impact by partnering with leaders, coaching teams, and building strong partnerships as a trusted advisor.


The key responsibilities include:



  • Acting as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries, guiding managers and employees on HR policies and best practices.
  • Partnering with leaders to deliver strategic HR solutions, enhancing team performance and engagement.
  • Managing ER & IR matters, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions.
  • Overseeing recruitment processes, supporting seamless onboarding of new talent.
  • Driving performance management, facilitating feedback, and growth-focused development.
  • Championing employee engagement initiatives to build a positive workplace culture.
  • Providing data-driven insights to support workforce planning and retention strategies.
  • Supporting change management by advising on HR impacts and enabling smooth transitions.

About You


To succeed in this role, you should be an experienced HR 'generalist' with a strong ER & IR background, able to manage day-to-day HR tasks and navigate complex industrial environments. Your excellent communication skills, people engagement abilities, and drive for top-notch service delivery are essential.


Additionally, you must possess:



  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources / Industrial Relations or equivalent experience.
  • Highly developed communication and robust stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • A proactive approach to relationship management.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint).

Salary and Benefits


This rewarding role comes with a competitive salary range of AUD 90,000 - AUD 110,000 per annum, based on location and experience, along with a generous vehicle allowance, flexibility to achieve work-life balance, attractive salary package, paid parental leave, EAP, and novated vehicle leasing.
