About the RoleThe Customer Success Team Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping our School Partnerships team's success. Reporting directly to the Head of School Partnerships, you will lead a team of Customer Success Managers across multiple states in Australia. As the glue that bonds your team together across regions, you will foster collaboration and drive growth.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage and renew existing customers, ensuring seamless relationships and maximizing opportunities for growth. With a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, you will develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to meet renewal targets and drive customer growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience.
- Foster strong relationships with Product and Educational Content teams to stay informed about new opportunities.
- Analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Train and coach Customer Success Managers to ensure they hit their targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Champion best-in-class processes and efficiency initiatives.
- Collaborate with the broader Atomi business, including Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Demonstrable track record in sales and leadership roles.
- Experience in Customer Success or Account Management leadership within a SaaS business.
- Proven success leading and developing a team of Customer Success Managers.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments, prioritizing tasks and adapting quickly.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience).
