Job Summary :
The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing both new and existing client relationships, serving as the interface between the customer service and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships within your portfolio to drive revenue growth and generate new opportunities
- Identify new business leads/opportunities
- Respond to client questions, queries, or other from clients
- Support managers with ongoing account management
- Conduct necessary project management activities to ensure products/services are delivered to required expectations
Requirements :
- Adequate experience as an Account Manager
- Outstanding analytical and strategic thinking skills
- High-level presentation skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly and influence others
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Maintain high attention to detail
- Eye on maximising margin opportunity and driving long-term relationships
- Expertise in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to motivate, coach and mentor junior staff
- Can-do and flexible attitude and willingness to get the job done
