Job Summary :

The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing both new and existing client relationships, serving as the interface between the customer service and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage relationships within your portfolio to drive revenue growth and generate new opportunities
  • Identify new business leads/opportunities
  • Respond to client questions, queries, or other from clients
  • Support managers with ongoing account management
  • Conduct necessary project management activities to ensure products/services are delivered to required expectations

Requirements :

  • Adequate experience as an Account Manager
  • Outstanding analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • High-level presentation skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly and influence others
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Maintain high attention to detail
  • Eye on maximising margin opportunity and driving long-term relationships
  • Expertise in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to motivate, coach and mentor junior staff
  • Can-do and flexible attitude and willingness to get the job done

Salary Range :

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
