Key Responsibilities- Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening
- Reviewing in detail our various add-ons and services to determine what may best suit the customer
- Communicating rental procedures and guidelines effectively
- Completing rental bookings in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
- Answering customer questions and inquiries
We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or similar roles.
