Customer Experience Service Provider

We are seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to join our Frontline team in Cambridge on a full-time permanent basis. As the CX Frontline Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our Waste customers, handling a high volume of phone calls and email cases while providing exceptional customer service.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with Veolia, a leading environmental solutions provider, helping customers preserve and renew natural resources. Your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email efficiently and professionally.
You will resolve a wide range of customer issues related to waste management services, maintain accurate customer records, and update information in our CRM system. Additionally, you will process customer requests, bookings, and complaints in a timely manner.

Requirements and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Strong Computer Literacy Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous
