About the Role

As a key representative of Avis Budget Group, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers at the rental counter while marketing products and services, completing rental bookings, and responding to general customer inquiries.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and preferences.
  • Review and explain ABG's various add-ons and services to determine the best options for customers.
  • Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Complete rental bookings in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Answer customer questions and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
About You

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or similar roles is highly desirable.
