Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cambridge on a full-time permanent basis. As a Frontline Support Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of inquiries and providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email efficiently and professionally
- Resolve a wide range of customer issues related to our services
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information in our CRM system
- Process customer requests, bookings, and complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a phone-based environment
- Strong computer literacy skills and familiarity with CRM systems advantageous
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
