We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team based in Eastern Creek, who has a background in the pharmaceutical industry.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive company growth and maintain high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To act as the main point of contact for day-to-day communications with clients.
  • To build and maintain strong technical relationships with customers.
  • To facilitate meetings with key accounts to assess performance and implement any necessary remediation plans.
  • To understand client needs by asking insightful questions, generating interest in the company's products, and developing customized solutions.
  • To develop a solid sales pipeline and customer database through active outbound calls and lead follow-up.
  • To work across marketing communications and regularly update relevant knowledge.
  • To deliver high-quality customer service during the onboarding of new accounts.
  • To troubleshoot issues in consultation with the relevant business and technical support teams.
  • To analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results, providing accurate input into sales forecasts and operating expenses.

About You:

  • Relevant managing key accounts or sales experience in healthcare/retail pharmacy is required.
  • An effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders is essential.
  • Strong sales-oriented skills are a must.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is preferred.
  • Ability to handle and manage multiple tasks efficiently is crucial.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player with tertiary qualification in a relevant field would be highly regarded.

The successful candidate can expect an estimated annual salary of $100,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits.
