Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Key Client Relationships Manager to join our team at Remote Staff. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to build and preserve trusting relationships with clients, drive client satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of our organization.

About the Role

The Key Client Relationships Manager will be responsible for supporting clients, including administrative assistance for GES tracker, client onboarding, conflict resolution, periodic consultation, feedback gathering, and analysis. Additionally, they will manage retention of Remote Workers, identify staffing needs, and pitch for additional staffing opportunities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, along with at least 2 years of work-related experience. You should have exposure to interacting with global clients, strong communication skills, analytical mind, problem-solving skills, and ability to ensure maximum client satisfaction. Having account management, relationship management, and business development experiences is a plus.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and adaptability, with a focus on preserving client and remote contractor relationships. Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is around $45,000 per year.
