As a Relationship Builder, you will provide meaningful solutions for a portfolio of Healthcare clients with complex banking needs. Use your insights, experience, and expertise, along with a great range of innovative products and services, to help move these businesses forward.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Commercial & Corporate Relationship Executives, Account Managers, Senior Associates & Analysts to deliver a broad range of financial solutions. You will be responsible for driving deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions. You will thrive in a collaborative environment and be comfortable in financial analysis and credit decisioning, understanding the underlying cash-flow drivers.
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Banker looking to specialise or an existing Healthcare Banker who is keen to develop and enhance their experience within complex, high-value lending. If you have experience in successfully building and leading a successful Commercial or Corporate portfolio, lending above $10m, and are passionate about building relationships through excellent service and driving new business, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions
Work closely with Commercial & Corporate Relationship Executives, Account Managers, Senior Associates & Analysts to deliver a broad range of financial solutions
Provide meaningful solutions for a portfolio of Healthcare clients with complex banking needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with our Healthcare clients
Drive new business and identify further opportunities for both new and existing clients
Requirements
Experience in successfully building and leading a successful Commercial or Corporate portfolio, lending above $10m
Experience within the Healthcare industry (highly regarded but not essential)
Highly skilled in driving deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring, and negotiation of complex solutions
Thrive in a collaborative environment and be comfortable in financial analysis and credit decisioning, understanding the underlying cash-flow drivers
Passionate about building relationships through excellent service and driving new business
