As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll be the face of our company, providing expert technical advice and support to our customers. You'll troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues, write technical knowledge articles, and collaborate with our engineering team to resolve bugs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and resolving customer technical issues
  • Liaising with our engineering team to resolve software and hardware bugs
  • Supporting the sales team by meeting with customers and preparing them for engagements
  • Collaborating with the sales team to qualify, develop, and execute technical solutions
  • Managing and maintaining regional loan pools and customer loans
  • Analyzing and problem-solving complex issues and providing in-depth technical assistance
  • Creating and maintaining internal and external support documentation
  • Developing and nurturing successful long-term relationships with customers

Qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor or master's degree in an engineering-related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience as a Solution/Application/Support Engineer or equivalent customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of inertial navigation systems or inertial measurement units is highly regarded
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and deliver a great customer experience
  • Experience working in support environments using integrated CRM systems and tools like Matlab for data analysis
