Job Summary

About the Role

As a Digital Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling all aspects of customer engagement, from initial contact to resolution. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
