At WiseTech Global, we're on a mission to revolutionize the global logistics industry with cutting-edge technology solutions. As a Technical Product Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical specifics and business needs.

We're looking for a highly skilled individual to join our Systems Components team. In this role, you'll leverage your software development, architecture, or technical product expertise to work with our development team and build software systems that solve the industry's most challenging problems.

Our WiseTech Platform services team enables our product teams to deliver high-quality products faster. By building on our platforms, teams can rely on common building blocks that are designed to be flexible, secure, reliable, performant, scalable, and easy to use.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with customers and product teams to understand technical pain points and translate them into high-level design/solution documents
  • Providing expert technical support to customer incidents and issues related to system components/architecture core teams
  • Collaborating with software development teams to design concrete solutions
  • Aligning the product roadmap with company priorities and managing/updating the product enhancements backlog
  • Participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the product meets functional objectives
  • Contributing to product documentation
  • Working closely with the Product Manager to set up the product vision, roadmap, and strategy

Requirements for success include:

  • Strong technical background of 4+ years working as a Software Developer, Technical Product Owner/Specialist, or Technical Business Analyst
  • Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical specifications
  • Ability to understand, analyze, and transform pain points into implementable solutions
  • Creative mindset to come up with solutions our customers didn't know were possible
