Job Description

We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Coordinator to join our team in Sydney CBD. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Administering payroll systems (HR3 and Rippling) for multiple businesses,
  2. Coordinating monthly payroll, ensuring accurate reporting,
  3. Supporting remuneration reviews and bonus payments,
  4. Compiling key HR metric reports,
  5. End-to-end recruitment for agency candidates,
  6. Managing referral candidates through the recruitment process,
  7. Assisting the People & Culture team with strategic initiatives,
  8. Providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases,
  • Some experience in a HR related role is ideal.
