Job Description
We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Coordinator to join our team in Sydney CBD. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Administering payroll systems (HR3 and Rippling) for multiple businesses,
- Coordinating monthly payroll, ensuring accurate reporting,
- Supporting remuneration reviews and bonus payments,
- Compiling key HR metric reports,
- End-to-end recruitment for agency candidates,
- Managing referral candidates through the recruitment process,
- Assisting the People & Culture team with strategic initiatives,
- Providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases,
- Some experience in a HR related role is ideal.
