We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative HR Coordinator to join our team at Driftwood Group.
This is a six-month full-time contract with a possible opportunity for extension or a permanent role.
The successful candidate will have past experience in an HR Administration or Co-ordinator role, strong technical skills, and a can-do attitude.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting all administration related to recruitment and onboarding processes including employer branding and engagement.
- Providing administration support to the Human Resources Manager related to all services including recruitment and selection, induction, learning and development, communications, compensation, benefits, record administration, employee relations, organisational planning, and work health safety.
- Diary Management support to Managing Director
- Mail merging documentation
- Updating new Human Resource policies, practices, and programs to meet organisational, legislative, and compliance requirements.
- Ensuring all reporting is complete on time
- Keeping all HR records up to date, including HR spreadsheets, filing, and training records
- Sharing stories and blogs on social media
- Coordinating events for regular cultural days, education sessions, training, and ad hoc morning/afternoon teas
- Working on projects
The salary range for this position is estimated to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
