Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Coordinator to step into an advisory role and join our well-established, supportive HR team. You will collaborate closely with the team's HR Business Partners and HR Manager to help achieve key business initiatives. This is a 7-month fixed-term contract.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assess hiring needs, manage recruitment timelines, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews
  • Work closely and support the HR businesses partners in achieving organisational objectives
  • Distribute engagement surveys, gather and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Perform personnel file checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Advise and coach on employment conditions, policy interpretation, and performance management best practices
  • Conduct and review exit interviews, identifying trends as needed to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex ideas clearly
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
