HR Coordinator for Training and Performance

Exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a prestigious Financial Services business as an HR Coordinator for Training and Performance. This 9-month contract role offers a unique chance to expand your HR knowledge, learn from experienced professionals, and develop your skillset.
About the Business
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about ongoing learning and development to join our busy team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Academy and implementing a new Performance Management System.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Coordination: Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and events; manage training calendars and resources to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
- LMS Support: Work with the LMS Administrator and Academy team to set up and configure the LMS software tailored to Academy needs; provide technical support to users and troubleshoot LMS-related issues during implementation.
- Facilitator Support: Assist facilitators with formatting and organizing training content for delivery through various channels; collect feedback from training participants to assess effectiveness; analyze evaluation data to identify areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with content creators, participants, and stakeholders to promote training initiatives; provide updates on training programs, resources, and opportunities within the business.
- Performance Management: Assist with setting up secure processes to collect and collate performance-related documents; manage and analyze data and reports for calibration, promotion, and training needs discussions.

Salary Estimate: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
