About this role

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team in Sydney or Melbourne.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in Talent Acquisition and help us secure and attract the brightest minds.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team through coordination of end-to-end recruitment processes;
  • Managing the careers inbox and acting as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries;
  • General recruitment and applicant online filing and file maintenance;
  • Working with the Talent Acquisition and People & Culture team members to develop the national and regional student internship induction program;
  • Evaluating compliance with company policies and procedures, and relevant legislation;
  • Supporting the broader People & Culture team with initiatives and projects as necessary.

About you:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative work (preferably in HR);
  • A degree in Human Resources (advantageous but not essential);
  • Excellent administrative, time management, and organisational skills;
  • An intermediate to advanced level of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint);
  • Strong attention to detail and high professional standards;
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Remuneration: Our salary range is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package including annual leave, sick leave, and public holidays. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic and passionate team that values your growth and development.
