We are seeking a skilled HR Operations Coordinator to join our team at Big Red Group, a leading technology company that prioritizes innovation and employee experience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to oversee the entire employee journey and identify operational efficiencies within our HR processes. As an HR Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all HR systems, paperwork, documentation, reporting, and ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment cycle, including drafting job descriptions, job postings, and sending out employment offers.
  • Onboarding Processes: Manage new starter onboarding, including entering employees into HR systems, coordinating onboarding programs, issuing merchandise, and working with IT on equipment setup.
  • Exit Processes: Manage exit procedures, including letters, system offboarding, and exit surveys.
  • Employee Paperwork: Prepare employee paperwork for various processes, including new starter contracts, exits, contractual changes, parental leave, probation letters, secondments, and salary reviews.
  • Employee Engagement: Set up and manage bi-annual employee engagement surveys.
  • HR Operations: Maintain employee records, payroll tracker management, leave liability reporting, and HR system management.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 30 work-from-anywhere days, leadership development opportunities, and paid parental leave.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a People Operations or HR role, preferably in a technology or digital culture.
  • Passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
