Job Title: Strategic Partnership Specialist
About the Role:The successful applicant will work in a collaborative environment to deliver strategic objectives through partnerships and alliances.
- This involves managing key relationships with major players, practice management software providers, and licensees to drive business growth.
- The ideal candidate will leverage data and insights to inform partnership decisions and drive a best-in-class value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end business development strategies from sourcing to contract execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-level plans that drive superior execution of partnership strategies.
- Analyze business case models to ensure viability and optionality of partnerships.
- Drive project delivery with urgency, resolve issues, and proactively address blockers.
- Build strategic partnerships that deliver customer-centric solutions aligned with the company's purpose.
- Support product teams and partners with commercial negotiation expertise and coordination.
- Promote the company's reputation and represent it at internal and external forums while adhering to the Code of Conduct.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in partnerships, e-commerce, strategy, merchant products, M&A/deals, and project implementation driving business outcomes.
- Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills with a track record of negotiating effective partnerships.
- Superior strategic thinking and critical analysis skills, including conceptualising solutions.
- Business development, negotiation, and problem-solving exposure.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify economic and business issues.
- Results-driven, motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
- Understanding of industry dynamics, risks, trends, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
