About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Business Relationship Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships in the Health and Community Services sector.
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnership plans, meeting with partners to connect and deliver on strategic opportunities that meet their needs, and presenting at industry events and partner functions.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve identifying growth opportunities and monitoring partner performance, as well as collaborating across teams to deliver outstanding partner outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic partnership plans
- Meet with partners to connect and deliver on strategic opportunities that meet their needs
- Attend and present at industry events and partner functions
- Identify growth opportunities and monitor partner performance
- Proven track record in relationship management with year-on-year growth and retention
- Natural relationship builder who connects easily with C-suite executives
- Adaptable and embracing of change
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Strong understanding of superannuation, pensions, and insurance (desirable)
- RG 146 Generic and Specialist Knowledge (desirable)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments
- Experience in cross-functional team collaboration
- Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities
