We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our Property and Services team at Hunter Water Corporation.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to provide vital support in managing property systems, project management initiatives, and administrative functions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage property access coordination, internal and external customer enquiries, and escalate as necessary.
- Oversee bookings, contractor coordination, and maintenance for Chichester Cottage.
- Maintain electronic document management and support financial reporting processes.
- Assist in project management initiatives within the Property & Services team.
- Provide administrative support, including meeting scheduling, minute-taking, and team event coordination.
- Manage invoices, purchase requisitions, and improve governance through robust administrative controls.
- Develop and document team processes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in business administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with intranet systems (e.g., SharePoint) and document management software (e.g., TRIM).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
