Polyaire Air Conditioning Products, a dynamic and fast-growing international company, is seeking a skilled Sales and Service Coordinator to join our team based at our Seven Hills NSW branch.

This role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the success of our company. As a Sales and Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting Account Managers in sales, administration, and general enquiries, handling sales, service telephone and website enquiries, and assisting with AC system designs using Polyplan.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Account Managers in sales, administration, and general enquiries.
  • Handling sales, service telephone and website enquiries.
  • Assisting with AC system designs using Polyplan.
  • Project work including Poly Plan and State Catalogue.
  • Identifying and liaising with new customers.
  • Identifying and streamlining processes from planning to delivery.
  • Coordinating the despatch of products and product information to existing or new clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with credit procedures as issued by the Credit Department.
  • Receiving and receipt payment for goods.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in an internal sales role, preferably in an industrial/trade environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Organisation skills.
  • A high level of computer literacy particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite or programs.
  • Solid data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will be a reliable, self-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service. In return, we offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
