About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing sales territories, and leading a team of Service Technicians to deliver high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Budget and Revenue Management: Manage sales revenue and budgets to meet business objectives.
  • Product Promotion: Promote core products and services to existing and potential clients.
  • Sales Support: Provide sales support to ensure overall business goals are met.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate a team of Service Technicians to deliver exceptional service.
About You

To excel in this role, you will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in the water purification industry.
  • Demonstrated success in selling technical products or services within the water purification industry.
  • Proven ability to manage sales territories, budgets, and service teams effectively.
  • A results-oriented approach with a passion for business development and team leadership.
  • Strong ability to identify, qualify, and convert business opportunities into successful outcomes.
