Business Growth Manager for Water Filtration Company in NSW

CG Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Sales/Service Manager to lead and grow our client's water filtration business in New South Wales.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing sales territories, and leading a team of Service Technicians to deliver high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Budget and Revenue Management: Manage sales revenue and budgets to meet business objectives.
- Product Promotion: Promote core products and services to existing and potential clients.
- Sales Support: Provide sales support to ensure overall business goals are met.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate a team of Service Technicians to deliver exceptional service.
To excel in this role, you will have:
- 5+ years of experience in the water purification industry.
- Demonstrated success in selling technical products or services within the water purification industry.
- Proven ability to manage sales territories, budgets, and service teams effectively.
- A results-oriented approach with a passion for business development and team leadership.
- Strong ability to identify, qualify, and convert business opportunities into successful outcomes.
