Business Development Sales Coordinator

Polyaire Air Conditioning Products is a dynamic and fast-growing international company offering renowned solution-based air conditioning products and innovative technologies.
We are seeking a passionate and motivated team member to join us as a Business Development Sales Coordinator based at our Seven Hills NSW branch. This role will best suit for an individual who is a quick learner, multi-tasker and a general all-rounder with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
Job Description:
- Support Account Managers in sales, administration, and general enquiries, ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer concerns.
- Handle sales, service telephone and website enquiries, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Assist with AC system designs using Polyplan, leveraging your analytical skills and technical knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Project work including Poly Plan and State Catalogue, showcasing your ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Identify and liaise with new customers, capitalizing on growth opportunities and expanding our client base.
- Streamline processes from planning to delivery, optimizing efficiency and productivity throughout the organization.
- Coordinate the despatch of products and product information to existing or new clients, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with credit procedures as issued by the Credit Department, upholding the highest standards of financial management.
- Receive and receipt payment for goods, maintaining accurate records and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
- Assist your branch team when necessary, demonstrating your willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
What you'll need:
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a sales or business development role.
- Previous experience in an internal sales role, preferably in an industrial/trade environment, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A high level of computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and solid data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Please note that applicants must have unlimited working rights to work in Australia.
