About the Role

This permanent, part-time position involves assisting the Service Coordinator with the day-to-day running of the childcare program and management of a team of Educators. You will work collaboratively with families and the school community to provide high-quality care and education for children aged 5-12 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing quality programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the program, including staff supervision and administration
  • Collaborating with the Coordinator to ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures
  • Providing exceptional customer service to families and stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in childcare program coordination and leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to providing high-quality care and education for children
  • First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Our Seven Hills State School location offers a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant and inclusive environment. Our service is licensed for up to 180 children and provides Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care between 6:30am and 6:00pm.
