Air Conditioning Sales Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and motivated team member to join our Seven Hills NSW branch as an Air Conditioning Sales Specialist. This is a unique opportunity where no two days are the same, with a focus on interacting with customers and adding significant value in our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities- Support Account Managers in sales, administration, and general enquiries.
- Handle sales, service telephone and website enquiries.
- Assist with AC system designs using Polyplan.
- Project work including Poly Plan and State Catalogue.
- Identify and liaise with new customers.
- Identify and streamline processes from planning to delivery.
- Coordinate the despatch of products and product information to existing or new clients.
- Ensure compliance with credit procedures as issued by the Credit Department.
- Receive and receipt payment for goods.
- Assist your branch team when necessary.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in an internal sales role, preferably in an industrial/trade environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organisation skills.
- A high level of computer literacy particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite or programs.
- Solid data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
