Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Client Services Officer to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and doctors. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients and doctors, ensuring timely responses and resolutions to their inquiries.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, medical rooms, and third-party providers, maintaining clear and concise information exchange.
  • Client Records: Maintain accurate client records, ensuring confidentiality and adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Office Management: Assist with office management and team event coordination, promoting a positive team culture through collaboration and mutual respect.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in customer service and administration, demonstrating strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring effective interaction with clients, doctors, and internal teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical software, with a strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, enabling you to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including:
